At One Fine Day, we believe that your appointment experience should be one to remember. You will be assigned a private consultant who will walk you through the different styles in our store and the various customization options.Your consultant will help you search for a gown based on your style, budget, and overall wedding vision. We hope to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for you to shop!
We book appointments Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am -4:00pm. Appointments outside this time may be available by request. Please fill out an appointment request form on our website or call us to schedule.
On weekends and evenings, as well as appointments outside of regular business hours, we hold a credit card on file for appointments. We require 24 hours notice of a cancellation; otherwise this results in a $25 cancellation charge.
The dresses available for order range from $1500-$4000+. Most gowns we carry will be in the $1500-$2500 price range. For a bride who wishes to stay below $1500 we have a very large selection of off the rack gowns available – these dresses start at $600.
We accept all forms of payment. Ordering a dress will require a 50% down payment. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks after the initial payment.
About Our Alterations and Preservation
We know that altering a gown can be an unfamiliar process for many brides. It is our goal to help you have an affordable and stress-free alterations process. When your dress is purchased, we recommend you to an experienced bridal seamstress who we work closely with.
Typical bridal alterations will range between $200-$400. Every bride will require a bustle, a hem, and the dress to be taken in a little bit. For more detailed changes to a dress, alterations will be higher.
We do not recommend dry-cleaning your wedding dress. We recommend preserving your dress. Wedding dress preservation thoroughly cleans, treats, and seals your wedding dress to ensure that the delicate fabrics will not yellow and beads with not change color over time.
